Rewrote Freedb stuff from akrip.

Added support for saving year and the correct genre to cdplayer.ini.
Made "Erase entry from cdplayer.ini" disabled when freedb is not enabled.
Started rewrite of akrip freedb stuff.
Fixed error that occured when adding extended text in playlist.

Fixed bug where cd was being called unrecognized when internet connection failed.
Added ability to erase a previous freedb search from cdplayer.ini

Blah, make the code complient with the freedb spec. I just read the spec and the akrip code won't correctly handle all conditions.
Kill any glaring errors.
